Soak a few handfulls of raw almonds AT LEAST 24 hours, changing their soak water every 3-4 hours. You will see how orange the water is every time you change it...almonds contain cyanide, and soaking them helps to remove some of it, in additions to making them more digestible!
So, anyway, enought of the poison talk
Throw 3-4 bananas into your blender, add a couple handfulls of soaked almonds, a little water, and some cinnamon/raw honey, etc. for flavoring, if so desired. Blend it all up...work with the consistency by adding more or less of everything, plus I generally throw in some ice cubes, although it's super yummy without them, as well.

This is really good and refreshing, with lots of calcium and potassium
