This is soooo yummy, i absolutely love eating it!

to make the chips:
corn
crushed flax seeds
olive oil
garlic
pinch sea salt

blend this in the blender - will be pretty thick. Spread thinly on your teflex. dehydrate for hours until they are crisp.

guacamole:
avocados
cilantro
lemon juice
sea salt
mash together till smooth

salsa:
chopped tomatoes
small chopped green/red peppers
finely chopped purple onion
cilantro
sea salt
olive oil
lemon juice

Now this is kind of weird but i also like to throw on some hummus - trust me, it tastes good

soaked chick peas
tahini
olive oil
garlic
blend all till smooth

thin slices of zucchini, jicama, carrot

Assembly:
place down a bed of chips, and the veggie slices, top w the salsa, guac, hummus, and sliced black olives.
