Pizza:

Soaked buckwheat groats
carrot pulp
ground flax seeds
finely chopped celery, onion
olive oil
bit of water

just blend everything together. its so simple. it should be thick. use enough water and oil to get the right consistency.

form into pizza rounds and deydrate until firm.

tomato sauce:

sundried tomatoes
fresh tomatoes
fresh basil
sea salt
a touch of honey (if u dont eat it then add a date for a little sweetness)
blend - spread on pizza crust

i like to top the pizza w slices of avocado, mushrooms (sometimes i marinate them in tamari), red peppers, red onion.

cheese: i just top it all with shredded carrot and zucchini.
