Ranch Dip or Dressing
1 1/2 c cashews or macadamias,1/2 c water, 3 T lemon juice,1-2 cloves garlic,1-2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp dried dill (small fresh sprig),1/2 tsp dried basil (2 fresh leaves), 1 stalk celery
Blend all in blender until creamy. Use extra water to make desired thickness.
Asian Dressing
3/4 c Nama Shoyu, 1/4 c oil, 1/2 tsp fresh ginger,1 small clove garlic
Italian Dressing
Cover blender blades with oil. fill to 1 cup mark with raw apple cider vinegar. Add 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or use fresh herbs.
Beet Dressing
1 beet grated, 3-4 cloves garlic, 1/3 c olive oil, 3 T raw apple cider vinegar, 1/3 c water, 2 tsp sea salt, 1-2 pitted dates, 1/2 tsp rosemary.
Miso Dressing
1/4 c light Miso, 3 T oil, 1/2 c water, 1 T Nama Shoyu, 1 T raw apple cider vinegar
