I received, as well as many of you may have, a recipe through gardendiet.com's daily raw inspiration. It's Valya's Velvet Chocolate. I whizzed some up today and Oh, my goodness, is it ever scrumptious! I just had to share it. Here's the recipe:
1 cup raw cashew or macadamia butter
1/4 cup water
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons raw carob powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
Blend well, pour in a flat dish, freeze until solid
Serves 1-12
(depending on how much you like chocolate)
This is seriously good stuff, so be careful!
