I was wondering how yall discovered for certain it was the depo. Cause I have been bleeding nearly 3 months now ever since I got the shot with severe pain in my abdomin. The dr says its normal but I dont feel normal. This was my first shot and I tend to feel dizzy at times or space out. Im constantly tired. I think I could sleep 2 weeks straight if not for my kids needing cared for. The pain is unbareable. What is this RAW diet? How does it work? How can I get the bleeding and pain to stop?
