Well this explains a lot! I was on the shot for 4 years until I went into the Dr.'s one day for my shot and she told me she could no longer give me the shot because new findings have found that using the shot for a continued use of more than 3 years could lead to osteoporosis. I had no idea. It's been 7 months of no shot and still no period. In the last few weeks
I thought I might start, but much to my dismay, not quite. I have been cramping like never before. To the point of nauseausness. I have had tingling in my legs, feet, arms, and hands. Due to my poor blood circulation. I cannot sleep. For years now I have had no sex drive, without any explanation. My poor husband gets so frustrated with me and I have not understood why. I had spotting one day last weekend but still no period. I had put on 20 lbs from beginning the shot. I thought the weight gain was just normal. I wasn't happy but I thought it was normal. I am lost. I was so glad to see I wasn't the only one. Thank you for your stories.
