I have been on depo for 6 years now and I never knew it causes infertility! I have been on depo because of my endometriosis and cysts in my ovaries. I had periods very heavy for 7 days that would keep me in bed for 3 days. It was awful, so my dr. recommended depo. I got it and loved it. Well who knew it caused all of these problems. I have had severe migraines, stomach problems and achesa nd pains and never thought they were because of depo. Well my next shot is due in 3 weeks and my boyfriend and I decided not to get it. I had a daughter in 2002 because oops, I missed getting 1 shot my 2 weeks, well she is fine and healthy. Now, my boyfriend and I want kids in 2 years and who knows if my period will even return by then!

I will let my body clear this yuck out on its own and if it was meant to be in it will be! I just dont know how my endometriosis and cysts will fair in all of this. I dont want that pain to return, but my need for children is so much greater. Good luck everyone.;)
